The INFN Computing and Networking Commission and the GARR Consortium are jointly organizing this event, which will focus on the evolution of data access and computing services for scientific communities, towards more transparent and tightly integrated digital infrastructures connected to the network.

he workshop will provide an opportunity to exchange experiences between INFN and GARR in managing complex computing infrastructures and distributed computing services, also in the context of the new GARR-X network infrastructure, designed specifically to meet the needs of the Italian scientific, cultural, and academic community, and integrated into the global research network system. The session will also address the prospects of farming, storage, and data management technologies, as well as strategies for participation in the European Horizon 2020 program.
