The Skills4EOSC project is presenting its Competence Centres Network in an online event on 25th June 2024, from 9:30 to 12:30 CEST.

The Skills4EOSC Competence Centres are hubs that bring together experts, resources, and training courses on Open Science and research data management. These centres operate across various countries and scientific fields.

The main activities of the Competence Centres include:

  • coordinating Open Science initiatives
  • offering training on research data management
  • collaborating at the European level to create common training programmes
  • connecting researchers with Open Science projects

The online event is an opportunity to learn about this new network and its activities. Researchers and professionals interested in Open Science can discover the resources offered by the Competence Centres.

To participate in the event, registration is required here.

Don't miss this opportunity to learn how the Skills4EOSC Competence Centres Network can support open research in Europe.

The Skills4EOSC project, coordinated by GARR, aims to create a common space for Open Science and to train European professionals ready for the EOSC (European Open Science Cloud). The project connects existing competence centres in Open Science and scientific data management. The goal is to develop methodologies, activities, and training resources to unify the current training landscape into a collaborative and reliable ecosystem, offering specific support to various scientific communities to leverage the potential of EOSC in open and data-intensive research.
