Registrations are open for the Network Performing Arts Production Workshop 2024 (NPAPW24), which will be held in Lithuania at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre (LMTA) from the 11th to the 13th of September 2024.

The event is aimed at performing artists, music teachers, composers, researchers, and developers of audio-visual technologies, video makers, and professionals in the field of performing arts, as well as anyone interested in the use of advanced network technologies for teaching, research, and the production of artistic performances remotely and on high-speed networks.

This edition will cover technologies for low-latency audio-visual transmissions, useful for remote collaboration in the performing arts. The open-source video conferencing system eduMEET v4 will be presented, along with tools to improve music teaching, with a focus on instrumental studies. There will be discussions on personalised AI for multisensory learning, practical workshops, demos, and much more.

The first day will feature the Opening Concert (LoLa), a collaboration between the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre (LMTA), the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna (MDW), and the Tartini Conservatory of Trieste.
