The month of cybersecurity returns: here are the initiatives!

There are numerous initiatives for the European month dedicated to cybersecurity (CSM): GARR is also playing a key role, alongside the European research network GÉANT.

On the occasion of the European Cybersecurity Month (CSM), many initiatives are being organised to promote awareness of information security. GARR is actively participating in the campaign by the European network GÉANT and taking part in a series of seminars at the University of Parma. Let’s take a look at all the initiatives!

The European research network GÉANT is organising a campaign on social engineering titled “Your brain is the first line of defence!” Within this framework, GÉANT has set up a series of training activities, including webinars and online panels, delivered in English by security experts from the research community across Europe. Here’s the schedule of events.

For the Italian community, the University of Parma is organising a series of seminars on cybersecurity.
