President Maurizio Tira is among the key figures of the third edition of Futura Expo, scheduled to take place in Brescia from 7 to 9 March 2025.

The event is dedicated to innovation, energy transition, and a sustainable vision for the future, featuring hundreds of exhibitors, immersive experiences, workshops, and international-level talks. On Friday, 7 March at 17:30, Maurizio Tira will engage in a discussion with Maria Chiara Carrozza (President of CNR), Antonio Zoccoli (President of INFN), and Giorgio Graditi (General Director of Enea) in the panel titled “Ricerca e innovazione per un futuro sostenibile - Research and Innovation for a Sustainable Future”, moderated by journalist Massimiliano Del Barba.
On 9 March at 10:00, Tira will be a guest at the talk “Le grandi ipocrisie sul clima - The Great Hypocrisies on Climate”, alongside essayists Roger Abravanel and Luca D’Agnese and Senator Mariastella Gelmini.

On the stage of the Brixia Forum, prominent figures from the worlds of politics, economics, science, entertainment, and civil society will take the floor. In addition to several ministers, big names include Andre Geim, Nobel Prize in Physics in 2010 for his studies on graphene and diamagnetic levitation.
