A day dedicated to presenting the results of the TeRABIT and ETIC projects, two strategic initiatives funded through Italy’s National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP) – Mission 4 of the Ministry of Universities and Research – focused on strengthening scientific infrastructures and advanced connectivity.

With over 900 participants from more than 72 countries, TNC25 – held in Brighton from 10 to 12 June – concluded as the most attended edition ever of the leading international conference on networking for research and education.

The European project Skills4EOSC, coordinated by GARR, the Italian education and research network, is coming to an end and will present its results at the final conference, to be held on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, in Paris, at Campus Condorcet.

From 10 to 12 June 2025, TNC25 will take place in Brighton, United Kingdom. It is the leading international conference dedicated to research and education networking, organised by GÉANT in collaboration with JISC, the UK’s national research and education network.

At the meeting held on 30 May, the new Board of Directors of GARR, appointed by the Assembly of Members, officially took office. Professor Maurizio Tira was unanimously re-elected as President for the 2025–2028 term, thus confirming his role.

The new edition of the GARR - Net Makers workshop will be hosted at the Department of Architecture of the Roma Tre University from 3 to 5 November 2025.

GARR is seeking two recent graduates with a passion for emerging technologies in the areas of DevOps and cloud computing, networking, and cybersecurity to join the team as DevOps Engineers.
