10 Scholarships for 10 research projects
New scholarship opportunity for 10 researchers for the development of digital infrastructures and innovative services in any disciplinary field.
Deadline for participation is on Monday 12 September 2022 at 12.00 PM.
The most original and innovative projects will receive a scholarship for a duration of 12 months (which can be extended) to carry out research activities in either one of the scientific, cultural and academic organisations connected to the GARR network or in one of GARR offices.
In addition to the possibility of developing a research project, the Orio Carlini scholarships are a great training opportunity within the Italian and European research community. Over the years many scholars have taken part in the prestigious TNC conference presenting their projects as well as in the GARR-organised events such as the Scholars’ Day, and the yearly workshop and conference.
Mandatory requirements to apply are: to be under 30, to have a university degree and have a good knowledge of the English and Italian.
Applicants can participate by filling in the online form by 12.00 on Monday 12 September 2022.
The scholarships are named after Orio Carlini, one of the founders of the GARR network and the purpose of the scholarships is to promote research on topics of interest for GARR, as stated in its mission.
